a rich old slob
from down the bog,
offered me a fancy job,

drain the swamp,
if I'd sign away my life.
this old town
ain't good enough,
they'll push it down,
then pull it up.
they'll catch our sweat
with golden cups,
Then watch it all unwind.
there’s a shadow in the sky,
a big storm head,
has opened wide,
and we're all kindsa terrified,
we’ll wash away,
and die.
